Support nested pages beyond a single level

I created a main page "Companies in A". Under it, I created a child page "Companies in B". Then created another child page "Companies in C". The last page is now gone and no longer to be found. Allow users to create up to 5 levels of child pages. Or having unlimited levels of child pages would also be great.

Thanks Paul, will add this to the list. Do you know the title of the page that went missing? Not been able to replicate that, but could have a look in the DB to see if its just being excluded..
