Admin page search doesnt work

When searching any keyword from custom fields, listings don't show up. it should show up when searching a keyword either for a title, description, custom field, etc. Screen recording https://bit.ly/47lPA6M

Thanks Paul - yeah from memory thats pretty basic for now & only works against title. Added to plan though.
