Arranging Custom Fields doesnt work

When clicking the Up and Down arrows to arrange fields, the arrangement/sequence doesnt work as expected. hence it's a pain arranging the custom fields. It would be better to enable dragging of custom fields instead of the up and down arrow buttons. Screen recording https://bit.ly/43zeFsw

Thanks. That should be fixed now. Will add a separate ticket for drag and drop
