Localization/multilingual support

- Add ability to add items/pages etc in multiple languages - Add language selector and detection - Add main language and fallbacks i.e. if post missing use the english one instead - Add href meta tags - Add canonical tags - Choose an url structure: example.com/fr/ or fr.example.com - Consider UX for missing translations etc

This feature is critical for anyone serving a local audience. Many users are not in an english speaking market, and it’s especially important for local businesses, which are the main focus of directory websites. English is understood by many, but you can’t sell a listing slot to a business through a website that isn’t in its native language.
