No listings are viewable on iPad. Everything looks fine except listings are missing on both category page and sub-category page..

Dang, no change. Sorry about that. I even pulled up a couple of my directories I haven't tried on the iPad in case it's caching old pages but no go on those either.

Could it be because I'm using symbols like / and & in some of the categories and sub categories names?

It's possible, but seems unlikely - the example you shown doesnt use them anyway it seems. I just tried Hotels and lodges on iPad and it seems fine. Can you try clearing your browser cache and if the problem persists, let me know what browser and device you're using

Yay, so glad others are able to see it. l'll work on my device but I'm not going to stress about it now that I know others see it just fine.

It does it on all the directories I have. The cards are there but no listings. When you click on a card the subcategory has no listings either. Here is one I just now checked. www.homeralaskadirectory.com  If I knew it was just my iPad I wouldn’t panic so much. I don’t have an iPhone or I’d check it to see if it’s an Apple issue. Thanks for looking into this.
