Pages have empty sidebars

All pages have sidebar placeholders with a gray background. There should be an option to enable or disable sidebars.

Side area has since been removed with option to define page width. Closing off. LMK if anyone has additional requirements.

Follow up on this. It should have an option to set a "with-sidebar" or "no sidebar" layout. and for layout with sidebars, it should be customizable.
