Support for directory user accounts
Users should be able to create their own accounts. This will ultimately be used for things like:
- Submitting listings
- Reviews
- Claiming listings
- Liking/favouriting items
- And ultimately for private member dirs
We may need/wish to support some of the above without user account/registration (reviews, likes or submit listing for ex).
