Customize the detail page

• You can now customize the detail page which is driven by a block builder.

• You can also control which custom fields show in the sidebar as you may now wish to display some in the main body section instead.

• You can now add maps to the detail page. Use a global embed that's the same on all map, or add a map that differs per item (requires a custom address field)
