Introduced templates to the detail page

When setting up your listing detail page, you can now choose from a few pre-defined templates as your starting point. If you've already got your listing detail page in place, you can switch over using the 'try a different layout' button from the detail page block area. Use with caution as your existing blocks are overwritten.
NB: these have also been added to MCP under the new 'shortcut' prefix.
