Localisation - phase 1

Hey Raf/All. I've just pushed this. From the settings area, you can now choose which language you wish to use. Launched with english, french and italian for now.

Huge thank you! I've noticed that the global search place holder "Search" and the filter drop down list content are not localized yet. I do't know if you have planned to do this in a future phase 2

Adding more screens that are not localized yet: contact form fields, add listing: for "Cancel" button in the bottom, "Back" button and info message: "No custom fields defined for this project." <= isn't a debug message this?
